Aim & Achieve wanted to expand and extend its area of operation to the entire country through a network of franchisees. With the help of its committed team members led by its Franchisee Operations Head, it could get a head start and expand to more cities and towns rapidly, but delivering top quality course material consistently matching the quality level of its main coaching center was a challenge.
We heard about Quampus from our consultant who was advising us about how to go about establishing a franchisee network.
