All Quampus services are provided to you as per the following User Agreement (UA) which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By accessing and using Quampus Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this UA. In addition, whenever you want to sign up on Quampus platform as Teacher or enroll into any program offered by an authorized Knowledge Partner as a Participant or sponsor any individual to any program offered by an authorized Knowledge Partner, you shall be subject to additional guidelines, rules or terms & conditions applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. In case you want to sign up on Quampus as a Knowledge Partner, you will be subject to additional Knowledge Partner Agreement (KPA). All such guidelines or rules or terms & conditions or additional agreements are considered as an extension of this UA for that specific user. Quampus may also offer other services that are governed by different User Agreement.
Minors and children (persons under the age of 18) are not eligible to use the site unsupervised and we ask that minors and children do not register for an account or submit any personal information to us without the knowledge of their legal guardian. By using this site unsupervised, and/or registering for an account or enrolling in any education/training program on this site, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Minors & children can register & enroll in education/training program under the guidance & supervision of their legal guardians.
Quampus provides an online platform to Educators & Trainers (both individuals and organizations/enterprises) to conduct their business of online education & training. These Educators & Trainers are referred to as Knowledge Partners on Quampus. Participants of education & training programs will also have to access these programs through various Quampus services. Team members of Knowledge Partners like Program Managers, Accounts Managers & team members of organizational/enterprise users like Program Coordinators also use various Quampus services. You also understand and agree that Quampus Services may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Quampus to provide the Quampus Services. You also understand and agree that the Quampus Services may include certain communications from Quampus, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Quampus Newsletter, and that these communications are considered part of Quampus membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them. You can opt out of receiving promotional messages from Quampus if you mention it in your user profile. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new feature that augments or enhances the current Quampus Services, including the release of new Quampus properties, shall be subject to the UA. You understand and agree that the Quampus Services is provided on an "as-is" basis and that Quampus assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Quampus Services, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges or Education/Training Program related fees). You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Quampus Services.

Please be aware that Quampus has provisions available to Educators & Trainers to upload contents & publish/announce Education/Training Programs which are exclusively meant for mature participants. You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll & access such programs.
Quampus reserves the right to suspend / cancel, or discontinue any or all service at any time without notice, make modifications and alterations in any or all of the services contained on the site without prior notice. Such changes will be posted to the site for your reference and convenience so as to enable you to understand your responsibility as a user.
Quampus reserves the right to charge subscription and / or membership fees from a user, by giving reasonable prior notice, in respect of any product, service or any other aspect of this site.

You agree not to use any techniques to enclose any trademark or logo or other proprietary information of their respective owners; or remove, conceal or obliterate any copyright or other proprietary notice or any credit-line or date-line on other mark or source identifier included on the Site / Service, including without limitation, the size, color, location or style of all proprietary marks. Quampus grants you permission to only access and make personal use of the site and you agree not to, directly or indirectly download or modify / transform / revise / translate / copy / publish / distribute or otherwise disseminate any content on Quampus's site / service, or any portion of it; or delete or fail to display any promotional taglines included in the site / service either directly or indirectly, except with the express consent of Quampus or the Knowledge Partner depending on who owns the copyrights for the contents. If the user is a participant in any program offered by a Knowledge Partner on Quampus, the copyright notice along with usage restrictions in the form of limited permissions mentioned by the Knowledge Partner in the Program Prospectus will be applicable for all the contents associated with the program.
Quampus forbids you from any attempts to resell or put to commercial use any part of the site; any collection and use of any program listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of any other merchant; any renting, leasing, or otherwise transferring rights to the site / service; displaying the name, logo, trademark or other identifier of another person (except for quampus.com or you) in such a manner as to give the viewer the impression that such other person is a publisher or distributor of the service on the site, or any data gathering or extraction tools; or any use of meta tags. Registration is mandatory to access all services of Quampus. To register, you have to open an account by completing the registration process. All individuals need to take individual user accounts & all users who are organizations (Commercial Organizations, Education Institutes, Training Organizations, Govt Departments, NGOs, and Groups etc) need to take Enterprise user accounts. All account holders need to provide us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. Account holders also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. By registering, you agree to this User Agreement (UA). Each registration is for a single individual user or a single enterprise user only.
To access Quampus services, you will be asked to enter your User Name and Password, as chosen by you during your registration. Therefore, we do not permit any of the following:
If Quampus reasonably believe that an account and password is being used / misused in any manner, Quampus shall reserve the right to cancel access rights immediately without notice, and block access to all users from that IP address.
Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Quampus immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Quampus will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Quampus or another party due to someone else using your account or password.
As a user you understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person or organization from whom such Content originated. This means that you, and not Quampus, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Quampus Services. Quampus does not control the Content posted via the Quampus Services and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that the Quampus Services and software embodied within the Quampus Services may include security components that permit digital materials to be protected, and that use of these materials is subject to usage rules set by Quampus and/or content providers (including Knowledge Partners on Quampus) who provide content on Quampus. You may not attempt to override or circumvent any of the usage rules embedded into the Quampus Services. Any unauthorized reproduction, publication, further distribution or public exhibition of the materials provided on the Quampus Services, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
Any transactions relating to Education & Training Programs offered on Quampus are to be settled inter-se between the parties to such transaction and all warranties express or implied of any kind, regarding any matter pertaining thereto, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are disclaimed by Quampus. Quampus merely endeavors to provide a platform where you and other party may interact, exchange information or carry out transactions on such terms and in the manner mutually agreed between you and the other party. Quampus does not have any involvement in the actual transactions between the participants and knowledge partners & their team members in any way. It is only you, who is entirely responsible for all the activities, arising out of the transactions of education/training services offered by any other party and not Quampus. Quampus will not be liable for any loss that you may incur, while accessing the education/training services of the third party or knowledge partners.
Under No circumstances will Quampus be held responsible or liable, in any way, for any content which in Legal opinion is derogatory, threatening, defamatory, obscene or offensive or offends public sensibilities or morals and shall also not assume liability for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted or uploaded on the site, or any infringement of another's rights, including intellectual property rights. You specifically agree that Quampus is not responsible for any content sent using and/or included in Quampus's site/service by any third party or knowledge partner.
Quampus reserves its right to refuse service, restrict, suspend, terminate your account; (Terminate this Agreement; Terminate or suspend your access to the Quampus's Web Sites; Refuse, move or remove for any reason any Content / Image that you submit on or through the Services; Refuse, move, or remove any Content / Image that is available on or through the Services; Deactivate or delete your accounts and all related information and files in your account; Establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Services) at any time and, remove or edit contents or cancel orders (entered by you) in its sole discretion with or without cause, and with or without any prior notice for any violation of this User Agreement. Upon such termination or suspension, your right to use the Quampus's service will immediately cease.
Quampus and its parent, affiliates and associates shall not be liable, at any time for any, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business projects, damage to your computer system or damages for loss of profits, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Quampus's sites/services, with the delay or inability to use the Quampus's sites/services or related services, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through the Quampus sites/services, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Quampus sites/services) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to use the Site, or any of its contents, or from any act or omissions a result of using the Site or any such contents or for any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of information contained on the site. None of the provisions of the User Agreement shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between you and Quampus and you shall have no authority to bind Quampus in any manner whatsoever.
The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Delhi/New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
This UA constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. However, if any user signs up as Knowledge Partner on Quampus, an additional agreement called Knowledge Partner Agreement (KPA) will have to be agreed upon between Quampus & the Knowledge Partner. In such a case both the agreements together will constitute the entire agreement.
Rights and obligations under the Terms which by their nature should survive will remain in full effect after termination or expiration of the Terms.
Any express waiver or failure to exercise promptly any right under the Terms will not create a continuing waiver or any expectation of non-enforcement.
If any provision of the Terms is held invalid by any law or regulation of any government, or by any court or arbitrator, the parties agree that such provision will be replaced with a new provision that accomplishes the original business purpose, and the other provisions of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Quampus is not liable for any infringement of copyright arising out of materials posted on or transmitted through the site, or items advertised on the site, by end users or any other third parties.
